I live and have rentals outside the U.S. Will the forms and agreements work OK?
Some forms yes and others no. The e-Forms Center was created with U.S. and some State specific laws and rules in mind, and in any case it is up to the member to determine whether a form will work. Anyone can use some of the non-legal based forms. Send us an email expressing your desire to have your country's version available. If demand justifies it, we will add them.
I want to use the e-Forms Center program but only have a non-US. based credit card. Will that work?
Sorry, no. You will need to have a credit card with a U.S. billing address, or pay by money order in U.S. Dollars.
